At Rappid, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Rappid account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a return authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are in their original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your account dashboard and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking number until your refund or exchange is processed.
